After months of deliberation and a thorough judging process, this year’s winners of the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2010 have finally been announced to the delight of the whole team at MMM.

The Regional Winner accolade was achieved by MMM for their development completed for Oaklee Housing Association at Shaftsbury Road, Bangor in the category of Social Development of the Year.

A record number of entries were received for this year’s awards, and competition was fiercer than ever, meaning huge congratulations for all the winners.

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards recognise the very best of the UK housing market and aim to inspire others in building outstanding developments.
